Following receipt of the application, the funding request passes through staff review to see if the project falls within the STJCF guidelines and then to staff for full review. If you complete the application form, you can expect an email response within four to six weeks regarding the status of your request.

Grant approval is made by the STJCF Board of Trustees at pre-scheduled meetings. The amount granted is dependent upon the availability of Foundation funds during the grant year.

Please remember to upload the requested information when you complete your Community Grant Application. Please do not send videos, books, or proposals in three-ring binders.
